Nice people to work with in general. Each store has its own people to work with.

Cons

The district and regional managers have their favorite stores and store managers that they will help to no ends but theyou don't pay attention to the positive things the other stores do only the negatives and don't want to help those stores just replace those people.

I can't think of any pros to this job. It's a paycheck that's it.

Cons

Management is terrible. They are conniving liars who blame everyone else for their mistakes. Unless you are a young pretty girl you don't have a chance.
