There are plenty of cons:
1. Unrealistic quotas and insane workload.
2. Micromanaging beyond belief.
3. Terrible compensation for the amount of work they expect you to do. Well below market value.
3. Directors and managers who have no idea of what you do or how you do your job.
4. They have directors, supervisors, managers or whatever make believe names they want to call themselves that have no experience or education and shouldn't in be charge of certain departments, in charge of them.
5. Antiquated computer systems and software. Adjuster desktop is terrible and not user friendly. Too many random kinks and ALWAYS a problem.
6. You will never be promoted unless you've slaved away here for YEARS and I mean YEARS of service.
7. 1 cent raise. Yes, I've seen a 1 cent raise. If your lucky 55 cents. Oh and that's with a great review.
8. Your never nominated for employee recognition which includes a bonus for you and the person who nominated you. Always the same people being nominated. It's a scam if you ask me and a waste of time listening to it.
9. Compensation for doctors is terrible and not competitive. They always quit and managers and directors act clueless like they don't know why. Cause your cheap!
10. Majority of the office works from home. For the few that report to the office, you better not use that PTO. Cause if the weather is bad that's what your using it for. Meanwhile the work at home people don't use anything and keep their PTO intact.
11. The poor nurses. I feel bad for them cause they don't pay them well and that department is run like the military. You better not be caught talking. Those fingers better be on the keyboard!
12. Morale is so low! Employees are miserable and are always talking about quitting or walking out. Some have...one dude told me he was going to mall and walked out. Last I saw of him.
13. Oh and the medical insurance stinks.
There is so much more, but I'm tired of this. As I said before, you've been warned.
