Senior management and HR is fantastic! When a problem is brought to their attention they take care of it right away. They care about your work environment and their employees dearly. Amy Rosenberg is absolutely amazing! My hire on process was so quick and she made everything painless. She helped with every question I had and has gone out of her way to help in any way she can. She is just fantastic. I can’t say enough how great this company is.

Cons

I haven’t experienced anything super negative that they haven’t taken care of.

Customer service, install team of knowledgeable former dealership employees, current customers are loyal, positive about the product and willing to share their successes with prospects.

Cons

Micromanaging by accounting. Spreadsheet expense reports and desire to track people with Map Anything software to validate expenses.
