Business Outlook
Pros
Fair, Honest, Decent company. They listen to their employees and their customers and base decisions on good business practice. A family type atmosphere that really cares about employee's needs and life situations. It has been a honor to work for this company and its not really like working if you love doing it everyday and being around great people. Everyone should have a work place like this!
Cons
I wish there were some really down sides to working here but I really can not name any. I guess being the size company we are and starting out from scratch as a family business, the fact that we are growing and improving means we have added a lot more faces, makes it a bit harder to all get around the lunch table.
