Family oriented. Winner, 7 years in a row for Best Place to Work. Flexible, community oriented, and involved in many Charities. Always striving to make and keep employees happy.

None to mention, although this can mean something different to each person. My experience has been positive

Best in the capital district!

Pros

I have worked at other companies in the capital district and none of them come close to being like Auto/Mate. It's so much more than just a workplace and everyone is kind, cooperative and understanding. From team bonding events to the CEO mailing birthday and holiday wishes to your house, it feels like another family. And the work is also no doubt something I enjoyed! Learned a lot as an intern and at no point did I feel like I was an outsider.

Cons

None! They're awesome! I can't think of something I didn't like (which is surprising for any company).
