Pros

The company culture is very positive. The Executive Committee works very well together to ensure people are happy at work. The managers have the same attitude so people are genuinely happy. Automotive dealers have rated the company #1 for the past 6 years in a row according to NADA and Driving Sales surveys and the people work hard to make that happen. Everyone truly cares about Customer Satisfaction.

Cons

Nothing major. The atmosphere is very open and friendly to the point that it is refreshing. Hard to put down a successful company. Nothing is perfect and management recognizes that and quickly steps up if any situation arises. Very responsive.

Amazing place to work. Friendly staff, excellent communication skills, and a productive, easygoing workplace. I feel like they care about me.

Pros

I'm given a lot of opportunities to grow and learn. I'm given the chance to self-prioritize, Management and my direct supervisor give me space to do my work without excessive oversight day to day. The company provides a lot of non-financial benefits and events - family day at Great Escape, day trips to NYC, and more. Everyone at every rung on the ladder cares and treats employees as family.

Cons

Really minor complaint, sometimes when Management publicly compliments and/or awards an employee recognition it tends to be the same group of people getting the nod. I'd like to see more public acknowledgement of excellence directed at those that don't normally get it.
