Pros
I'm given a lot of opportunities to grow and learn. I'm given the chance to self-prioritize, Management and my direct supervisor give me space to do my work without excessive oversight day to day. The company provides a lot of non-financial benefits and events - family day at Great Escape, day trips to NYC, and more. Everyone at every rung on the ladder cares and treats employees as family.
Cons
Really minor complaint, sometimes when Management publicly compliments and/or awards an employee recognition it tends to be the same group of people getting the nod. I'd like to see more public acknowledgement of excellence directed at those that don't normally get it.
