Best in the capital district!

Pros

I have worked at other companies in the capital district and none of them come close to being like Auto/Mate. It's so much more than just a workplace and everyone is kind, cooperative and understanding. From team bonding events to the CEO mailing birthday and holiday wishes to your house, it feels like another family. And the work is also no doubt something I enjoyed! Learned a lot as an intern and at no point did I feel like I was an outsider.

Cons

None! They're awesome! I can't think of something I didn't like (which is surprising for any company).

Management tries to make it a fun place to work Some departments have good supervisors

Cons

Some departments have supervisors who are not keeping with the company's culture Basically a call center You are either traveling or on the phone

Pros

Employees 1st, Customers 2nd! The CEO's goal is to have loyal customers. He truly believes that your customers will never love you, unless your employees love you, so the true path to happy customers is to start by putting your employees first, and then they will do right by your customers. It shows the moment you walk in the door. This company has a family feel and an "I've got your back" mentality.

Cons

Although we have a lot of BBQ's, catered lunches, and bagel Thursdays, there is no onsite cafeteria. We do have a healthy vending machine with some lunch options.
