Auto/Mate is an awesome place to work. I've been working here for a little over 6 months now and it has been such a breath of fresh air compared to my previous employer. They actually care about employees and it really does feel like a family. Management is family-minded and flexible. There are cookouts, ice cream days, costume contests, wine tours etc.. The list just goes on. There is freedom to complete your job duties without someone breathing down your neck. Even when you make mistakes they are understanding and eager to help. They encourage you to further your education regardless of your position. They just want to see you do well at work, and in your home life. I would definitely recommend Auto/Mate to my friends.

Cons

I really have yet to see any "cons" with my employer. I wouldn't leave, even if I was offered $20K more. The job satisfaction is priceless.
