Since Solera has taken over, the entire company has fallen apart. Management has no clue.

Had some of the most amazing employees...but then. .

Cons

Solera terminated a large percentage of our employees. Customer satisfaction is tanking, employee morale is gone. This is not Auto/mate anymore. I left for the same reason everyone else is...I got sick or cleaning up the mess left when they blindly terminated very valuable employees. Also there are many false reviews here. We haven't been in the office since early 2019 and will not be returning.

Good people, good management, great compensation. Until DealerSocket then Solara bought them

Cons

Took everything that made Auto/Mate special away. Culture went down hill fast.
