Management recruits/ promotes from within. Yearly bonus of profit sharing (15% of salary this year)

Pros

Good values and connection with senior officers. If you have the right manager, they will do anything they can to help advance your career.

Cons

They do not seem to want to change with the times. While other companies are offering higher salaries, true flex time, and work from home options when warranted AO does not want to budge from the office setting. Not always room for advancement and it's the luck of the draw if you'll get a manager that fights for your career or just sits back and waits for you to leave because you're no longer challenged. As a result there's high turnover and does t appear anything is going to change.

Pros

Management here is understanding flexible and full of knowledge and help. Best manager I've had. All branches are different depending on the manager and how they are run- could add positively or negatively to the employee and worker outlook and overall stress or satisfaction

Cons

Busy from overload of work, stress from irate people complaining. Don't get to change positions or move around. Stark office, nothing fun, no office activities or engagement of employees outside of doing the work
