      Pros

      Friendly, family friendly, Opportunities. There is limited schedule adjustments. I like that they'd have been around almost 100 years. great job stability.

      Cons

      Slow to move with HR perks. Management are more Managers rather than leaders. IT software seems to be really old that there is turnover in that dept. which seems to be impt area of the cmpy.

      No matter how poor your performance is, you still get the same raises & promotions as everyone else.

      Cons

      No matter how great your performance is, you still get the same raises & promotions as everyone else. Pay is well below industry standard, even when accounting for the pension, 401k, and benefits.
