      Stable company, don't ever have to worry about getting laid off. Good bonuses.

      No pros for this company. The need to come into the 21st century and not in the stone age.

      Only care for long-term employees, no loyalty nor compassion. Discriminatory practices.

      Pros

      Pensions are good. Schedule makes it so you only work 37.5 hours per week. If the company has a good year bonuses get paid.

      Cons

      The culture is so old-school it will make you want to pull your hair out. Still have to get dressed in business formal everyday. Company comes off very cheap, and I mean that in the bad way.
