      Good first job, morale and personnel turnover problems

      Pros

      Okay, not great salary. Low expectations, stable job with no risk of layoffs

      Cons

      Need to stick around for long-term benefits. Lower than average pay for your job market. Move back to in-office work from remote has caused turnover issues and employee malcontent.

      Pros

      I haven't had any negative experiences, but I do feel underpaid for the experience and education I have. Since I have very minimal experience I've been learning a lot, but just stay for the experience and hop somewhere else once you get it.

      No cons just low pay
