Pros

Management here is understanding flexible and full of knowledge and help. Best manager I've had. All branches are different depending on the manager and how they are run- could add positively or negatively to the employee and worker outlook and overall stress or satisfaction

Cons

Busy from overload of work, stress from irate people complaining. Don't get to change positions or move around. Stark office, nothing fun, no office activities or engagement of employees outside of doing the work

Pros

alternate schedule, Christmas bonus and referral of future employees.

Cons

if you are liked by upper management you will move up quickly in the company. If you voice your opinion and it is not well received then you will not go anywhere. They are way behind the times when it comes to salary and changing with the business times
