Pros

Entrusts in the talents they've hired to help with Internal and External processes, which never happens in big corporations. Being at the forefront of a great Fin Tech company that really helps our clients streamline their current bottlenecks within their online and brick and mortar. Direct communication with the CEO, CTO, & CRO- very transparent Everyone is a TEAM PLAYER!! 24/7!!!

Cons

It can be sad at times to be on your own island-especially if you are a remote team member Some departamental silos need to be more integrated BUT it's still a start up and that comes with the territory Being part of a Start Up and the unknowing can scare you BUT the rewards overcome the risks!

Pros

Convenient location in SF, ok office

Cons

Pay is below average for SF. The engineering talent the company can attract is low. Most of the competent engineers have departed. They depend on a few contractors to do all the technical heavy-lifting. Management knows nothing about managing, and most are technically incompetent as well. The company is short on cash and have cut back perks, but still wants to hire a VP for a 15 person eng team.
