if you are sick and need insurance, or you like having incoming calls recorded without callers permission, good place to learn how not to sell automobiles

Cons

corporate beancounters turning screws to lower commission wages to equivlent to miminum wage for hours worked, or as close as they can. Follow-up system flawed and prone to theft of leads by by those with managers password. however the got it. change a few letters on a name and anyone can steal a lead. Avoid working sales for this corporation

Corporate mentality...there are postives and the negatives. I find Autonation more reasonable than other dealerships.

There is a clearly defined procedure that takes the element of surprise out of the equation.

The beauracracy for each elements of the business is extremely extensive...be aware.
