- Great Corporate company to work for - Good decent pay plan - The advantage is you can transfer to different stores - Daily online video training - Theirs a better possibility for advancement within the company - Another Pro is that, They actually have an HR department that listen in the car business - Reviews is based on South Florida when I work there.

Cons

- Car business bureaucracy at times can be found in certain stores - Took away bonus during the pandemic, that's a huge pay cut. - Health insurance is high - Not enough diversity in management positions
