Management broke the company. Between the ego tripping, the gossip they help spread (if not being the source of it themselves), and the cowardice, I’ve witnessed blatant favoritism and retaliatory action taken against anyone who dares to bring up shortcomings that are damaging the company. These actions are a display of childishness that have no place in a professional work environment. If you want to grow your career, look elsewhere. Otherwise, don’t plan on staying too long.
