Mediocre at best

Pros

Good ability to work up to store manager level quickly.

Cons

Hours commitment. 50 hours a week minimum, 10 hours shifts minimum, must work holidays, most Saturdays and often Sundays. No set schedule, must have open availability, must cover any time anyone calls out. Horrible for the pay.

Pros

A starter job. Great way to build knowledge on car parts, Learn how communicate with customers and build experience in customer service.

Cons

Pushes you to make sales, but you do not benefit from them. They disregard other efforts, such as organizing a store or how service is provided. They want to see numbers, but do not want to provide you with any commission or raises for those numbers.
