Pros

For all the customers that don't know about cars and help is offered,satisfaction from them towards you .This make you feel that you helped somebody that could it be a member of your family.

Cons

Everything you do,skip hours of lunch,staying longer than a Station Managers,don't count.D.M is never satisfied,The most important task for him is to straight a merchandise on the shelf,Uniform code of conduct,clean floors,Black socks;but not the struggle that employees had to go through dealing with angry customers in a busy days when there is only two employees representing the company the whole day.Hard to accomplish all of the store goals specially when managers don't know how to schedule people and just worried about cover themselve and nobody else.

Pros

lots of hours, great customers most of the time

Cons

low pay for all the mechanic work you have to do for free. never know your set hours allways changing. no compensation for checkout challange that you are forced to sell!!

Pros

Flexible Schedule, A decent employee discount program. It was very easy for me to prove myself to the store management, and was offered a management position within my first month of employment. It is a great place to work to earn a little bit of cash to supplement my full time income

Cons

It seems very difficult to earn recognition for a job well done. As can be expected when working in a low paying retail position, several of the employees are just there for a paycheck, and don't give much effort to providing great service. as a result I find myself working that much harder to make sure the phones are answered, and customers are being satisfied
