      meet great people,good benifits for full time, lots of hours,paycheck every two weeks,helping people,learn alittle,warm in the summer, cold in the winter,

      Cons

      pay raises.5 to .10 cents while managers get regular bonuses and very good raises off of all the hard work that employees put in. training managers who have no idea what it is to be a manager and motivate people. lots of hours because they have no motivation to show up for work. you have gray shiirts who work their butts off to no avail and distirict managers who pay no attention to the work these people put in.

      Discount on some parts. Flexibility in scheduling. Good for entry level position, from high school.

      Cons

      No respect from upper management. Employees forced to use add on sales and upsell tactics. Job threatened for any lax in kpi's (key performance indicators). No explanation for the metrics used to review your performance. Poor pay.

      discount on some products, paid vacation if you are full time can usually get a day off if you ask

      annoying customers, being a manager but being treated like an idiot by everyone above you, people above you to good to talk to you
