Pros

close to home, ok health insurance, not sure what more i can say, read the rest of this blog for more info

Cons

a management team that does not care about anything but the bottom line, and K.P.I's (key performance indicators) trust me i know i was a commercial sales manager for autozone, they talk about bonus but the only people who make bonus are further up the food chain. i left because i got stomach ulcers from working in a work environment that is full of hostility toward its workers, make sure you push the stuff they want you to sell, because they were stupid enough to buy to much of it in the first place, overall not a nice place to work for
