      Poor management of projects and teams

      Pros

      - Nice offices and perks - Nice work life balance

      Cons

      - They can terminate a project suddenly and without any notice even after 40 plus % of the project is completed successfully. Don't give any reasons for this. - Does not take action against people who don't perform well, play politics and only talk smoothly. - Has non-technical managers to manage technical teams. - Most employees are contractors, maybe about 60-70%. Too much competition and less team bonding. - Has a lot of useless and boring meetings. Content is useless and there is no action.

      Solved interesting problems, but management seemed to have attention deficit.

      Pros

      I did enjoy my work much of the time. Benefits were good, but not industry leading. Flexibility with working remotely or from home.

      Cons

      My project was a whirlwind. Management would change features/priorities every couple of weeks, but many features I needed to work on took much longer (months), leading to steal situations.

      Excellent people, good pay, not enough responsibilities and ownership of work

      Pros

      People are smart and fun to work with. Genuinely nice people. Pay is pretty good, comparable with Bay Area levels. Great work-life balance most times. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Poor quality of senior management and leadership. Too many older people. Need more young blood. Need more trained managers. Often, lot of planning and talking, but not enough action.
