Pros
Great company with great people, large customer base and very diverse industry focus. Products are top rated and well established. Lots of opportunity for professional development and advancement.
Cons
Operational issues. Some midlevel management do not always conduct themselves with the highest level of integrity which is often a reflection of executive management. Being a publicly traded company, stock price and shareholder return is by far the most important goal, often at the expense of productive dedicated employees. Customers and channel partners typically suffer through all of these issues creating a poor customer experience and poor customer saticfaction ratings.
