A company of "Haves" and "Have-Nots"

Pros

* Benefits were pretty good * Work from home (with occasional team meetups)

Cons

Honestly, one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my professional career. Cliques only look out for their own and shun anyone that is deemed a "have-not." If you are, you are setup for failure and they dangle things in front of you to keep you going. Career advancement is not a thing in any way, shape, or form provided you're a have-not. Not only that, they will flat out lie to you to your face about anything. I can't believe I let myself be strung along and led on for 2 years and just accepted it. Look elsewhere!

Pros

Golden handcuffs. You'll get all the monetary incentives to stay.

Cons

23 manager changes in 25+ years. Always a constant reset of values and goals. More value on H-1B. Promotes the worst people to leadership roles. AI is more important than humans. Movement within is impossible unless it's decided for you. Inclusion is fake as the ageism seeks to lay you off.
