Pros

Good benefits. Free lunch sometimes, along with free snacks.

Cons

Nepotism at its finest. If you know someone, you will move up. I personally saw management move someone into a senior position based on friendship. Kiss some boots, you get promoted.

Pros

Most of the People are great to work with. The salary and benefits are very competitive (although RSUs keep getting reduced). Owns the market in AEC and M&E so customers have little choice but to work with you. Almost every large company is a customer. If you are a minority or woman, this should be a target company for you to work.

Cons

No longer driven by business or meritocracy. Company is not great at developing their own products. Great people and ideas but bureaucracy gets in the way. Diversity/Inclusion initiatives are hurting company as hiring driven by hitting numbers. Always having to explain to customers why new price/package is significantly increasing their price.
