      Amazing place to work. Smart people, fun office, great perks

      Cons

      Director-level and above clueless to who their audience is. They have a persona they want to cater to, but their actual audience is very different. This leads to a disconnect from the front-line staff who live the work and the leadership who think they know who they are creating a product for.

      1. Excellent focus on employee well being 2. Work culture is simply awesome, inclusive and employee centered 3. Extreme focus on mental health of employees 4. Great benefits, good pay, and good RSU as well 5. Various events to ensure a cohesive environment, Diwali and other festival events, Autodesk cricket tournament , Football and golf tournament, SHE summit, TechX, Autodesk University etc

      1. Process of promotion is quite ubiquitous, but I have seen people grow like anything if they can prove their mettle for upcoming position they are eyeing for 2. System of referrals is not up to mark, candidates do not receive any communication until they get a rejection email
