      Good benefits and work life balance, friendly work environment, collaborative contributors, interesting projects.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for growth, too many bureaucratic processes, too many managers, lots of politics and mysterious decision making, too many reorganizations

      Pros

      The people are friendly and genuine. The pay and benefits are good. ESPP program. Beautiful offices. Flexible working options.

      Cons

      Leadership at Autodesk is lackluster. Poor decision-making and a general lack of direction leads to a state of continual organizational change. This also makes it very difficult to advance in a career at the company.

      A lots of benefits and a great team

      Pros

      Working remotely and being free as a bird as the most important is to finish your part of a job on time. You are free to work whenever you want as long as the job is done. Second pros are benefits I have never seen in any company I have worked for, a lot of free time during holidays, teambuildings, meetings, dinamic and interesting team, eveyone are willing to help, there is no stupid question.

      Cons

      You are "one in a million" and can be fired anytime with no reason. They dont care for you as individual.
