      Great company, challenging culture

      Pros

      Compelling brand, company story, and product. Friendly people, respectable leaders. Good to great benefits. Office hubs in great cities around the world.

      Cons

      The "nice" culture makes straightforward communication difficult and in some cases frowned upon. It can also create pockets of passive aggressive individuals or unproductive gossip.

      Very difficult selling environment…

      Pros

      Excellent Benefits. Company has deep pockets and is in it for the long haul.

      Cons

      Poor territory planning. Over hired. Goals are unrealistic for most and always based on absolute best case performance. Annual re-org and poor customer experience for small / mid size customers. Multiple sales channels lead to customer confusion. Micro manage reps with little empathy. Management not approachable and drunk on kool-aid / mass exodus of talent in 2021.

      Stable Company with Wide Breadth of Work

      Pros

      - Stable company with good financials and cash flow - Visionary CEO that keeps track of market trends and emerging business models so we keep up with competition - EXTREMELY remote-friendly culture, and attitude towards parents with young children is very accommodating - Products change the way businesses work day-to-day - Good benefits (especially when stock price is high :) )

      Cons

      - It can be confusing to have to keep up with multiple products and roadmaps that are constantly changing. However, if you put in the work to keep up and become an SME in specific product areas, you will quickly become a valuable asset here - Some teams can be resistant to change, par for the course when you work with a big company
