Benefits, the pay is so fast even on the last payments, the beautifully designed buildings, the great multicultural team and the awesome experience with flexibility on working at home, week of rest during December and can work abroad if needed. The Management are ok if you give out reasons to work at home. They're the best in that area! They are kind in some way but not everyone. Autodesk is a wonderful company and they're good at project management(Managers in PSO).
