Cons

Top heavy. Never fires top level staff - lateral transfers instead. Can bring dogs to work. Innovation rare, mostly advances by acquisition. Information not shared down the ranks. Layoffs timed to quarterly earnings and share prices

Pros

Great perks! Great benefits, bring your dog to work in some locations, flex time, etc. Good training and development programs, possible career growth, but very polictical. Nice people...everyone is friendly.Great products.

Cons

Their motto is work hard, play hard...and it is very demanding company. They don't do conflict well. If you disagree with the status quo, you are looked at as a trouble maker. So, everyone agrees with the status quo, but trashes this issues or problems behind managements back. They don't talk about the 'white elephant' in the room or are direct about anything. Very polictical.
