Pros

Decent healthcare benefits (United PPO is an option), somewhat lax depending on team, deadlines can be pushed back indefinitely.

Cons

Everyone is trying to take as much away from this company as possible, "you don't owe them anything, take everything you can" is repeated pretty high up. Even the people not very high on the totem pole are flying around everywhere in first class. Some people here work an entirely different full time job and are collecting two salaries. The culture is completely broken, no one is doing anything.

Pros

Overall, working at the company was a good experience. It provided good benefits and pay. There are opportunities for professional growth. Coworkers are friendly and helpful. Personally, managers were caring and supportive of those they supervised. There is a good employee culture and work environment.

Cons

Currently, it has been impacted by tech layoffs. You need to be self-motivated to advance your career, but there are opportunities and company-provided help. Many teams have a mix of international employees, so you must be adaptable to different time zones. Must have good time management.
