      Pros

      Great Culture. Smart People. Fantastic benefits and the CEO is generally good and cares about the people.

      Cons

      HR is a dumpster fire. Backstabbing, nepotism, promotions are impossible and new managers are thrown into situations without a lot of training. So many instances especially of bullying where the bullied is turned into the bully.

      Unlimited PTO, Great compensation, and depending on the team the management can be amazing.

      Cons

      Don't expect the same leadership between teams even within the same org. You can go from having the best manager in the world who has your back and hands off to someone who lacks transparency, micro manages, and has severe favoritism.
