Pros

The first month is a lot training, no on hands on the system until after 30 days , which I like. Also gives you the opportunity to absorb how processing works. Everyone is very friendly and helpful with questions especially when you start using the system. I’m coming up on my 3rd month with ASI, I’ve felt welcome from everyone and atmosphere is great!

Cons

Pay is lower than most software companies and health insurance is high.

Pros

Parking. Company credit card.

Cons

Egregious dress code from 1955. Wages below market by 15-20%. No sick leave. Cubicles are from a 1960's boiler room. They are so hard on people who stay home sick that no one does, the place is rampant with illness. Constant coughing.

Thank you for your response. We offer employee's Paid Time Off to use for whatever they choose ~ vacation or sick leave. Dress Code - Check it out! Smart Dress Code - Includes Jeans!! Federal Law - yes that's true.
