      Even though it feels like a start-up, it is a mature and a great competitor in the RPA field.

      Cons

      Not enough diversity. Management could be better about how they communicate.

      The RPA category is hot and critical in the years ahead and Automation Anywhere has the potential to remain a major player in this space.

      Cons

      Senior most leadership is dysfunctional. Improving but still trying to find a path forward.
