      Growth is hard, and sometimes it appears disorganized. Reorganizations can be stressful. I appreciate your assessment of us as a good company and great environment, and I understand how it must at times feel like everything is a moving target. But, our values are constant, even in chaos, and we are proud that you were once part of the team.

      great people to work with, good opportunities for growth, stress-free days, okay benefits

      Cons

      We are an efficient company but sometimes there aren't enough resources to do the work. So-so add-on wellness benefits.

      Pros

      - provide good salary and perks to attract when they have need.

      Cons

      Never work for them. They will not think about employee. As soon as Covid started, they removed many employees. They had enough funding to keep them for at least 6 months. They didn't consider to provide an option to work part time or anything.
