      Meaningful company doing meaningful work, with an excellent and fun team

      Pros

      The best thing about the company is the team. People are very supportive, helpful, cheerful, diverse, and global. While the business is growing like crazy (faster than any company ever) and that always means more and more things to do, there are always smiles in the corridors. The product is excellent, and that is foundational.

      Cons

      None that are unexpected in a fast-growing startup. Lots of hiring across lots of locations, so there are always more people to know.

      Dynamic environment. Lot of opportunities to grow. Innovative and hot technology. Market interest is high

      Cons

      Growing so fast that it creates at time lot of friction. Strategy adjusting very often making it at time confusing for the field. Hard time to delegate. S

      Great company with a Startup approach

      Pros

      Great team to work with. A lot of enthused people that are working hard to accomplish their tasks. Great benefits, in US.

      Cons

      As with any startup company a lot of stuff is not as established as you would expect. Almost every request for Back office, goes to a third party vendor.
