A job that will change the way you approach everything and everyone

This is a company that has big and bold aspirations to change the world, and they actually have the means to do it. They have an amazing platform that literally has no boundaries to the art of the possible, so the diversity of use-cases is pretty astounding. This is a culturally diverse company the likes that I have never experienced, so you will break through some potentially deep seeded stereotypes or prejudices you may not have even realize you posses. You either evolve how you adapt and work with people from very diverse backgrounds, or you will struggle. I personally know that I am a better person and more valuable professional for having worked through a challenging acclimation period here. If the executive team and the board guide this company in the right direction in terms of acquisitions and overall strategy, the sky is the limit for Automation Anywhere.

Cons

Automation Anywhere has grown rapidly over the past 18 months. With that comes some growing pains and challenges to maintain smooth operations. Internal systems are upgrading, processes are changing, teams are shifting, so all of that contributes to additional challenges to doing your job well.

Company is moving in right direction in a very hot rpa market. There is lot of work as company is going through growing pains. Great opportunity to challenge yourself everyday.

Cons

Very high expectation from senior leadership and less available resources. Need to get more people on board.

Not sure if you've noticed the new work-life blend resources and focus, but this is very much the current topic, and the cteam recently met specifically to discuss remedies and actions we can take on this. It may not get better overnight, but the issue definitely has very high awareness.

Great Learning Opportunity at a High growth company

Pros

Very fast paced environment with a descent working culture. Aggressive company targets push you to perform better and bring the best out of your skillsets. Being in a customer facing role helps in getting exposure to very strategic and high value customers

Cons

Not that great benefits, no 401K matching which is a big disadvantage although the company is trying to improve benefits

Thank you for your review. We'd love to offer 401k match, but can't (at present) justify pumping our the venture funds we've raised right back into the public equity of other companies. We think there are more impactful and beneficial (for all) ways for us to spend that money. But we won't lose sight of this request, as it's a frequent one, and we'll continuously evaluate our compensation mix to ensure it remains truly competitive.
