      Change In Direction For Growth

      Pros

      Great Diversity Globally. Great traveling opportunity. Learning new software and how to implement. Learning more about corporations. Learn about business practices.

      Cons

      When management changes it is a big change because management is a part of the companies brand and product. It's the culture for a lot of "start-up" type companies. The communication between the new direction is not well communicated. Because new management becomes like the CEO of the division. Lacks Diversity in the Dallas office.
