      Hiring new people and old employees never get to grow and pay is great for new employees but for old they don't care. Worst company to work for

      Upward trajectory

      Pros

      Cutting-edge technology and domain. Great vision. Good solid technical leadership. Pay and benefits are great. Very Flexible.

      Cons

      Had some growing pain being a small company suddenly hitting record growth. A good problem to have but it was acknowledged and timely action was taken by hiring good engineering leaders and revamping benefits starting this year.
