Had an opportunity to work in the exploding tech sector - RPA Work life balance Decent pay Some passionate and smart colleagues still left

Cons

RPA is at an inflection point. Seems like leadership across the board is either unaware or incapable of steering the ship in the right direction. Just saying we have FIQ and we have AARI is not the answer. MVPs will no longer be sufficient. Better not to even bring up the product quality. There are two types of managers in engineering - absentee or micromanagers. Low morale is felt so blatantly every waking moment. Many talented folks have either left or in the process of leaving. Sadly it takes more than paper money to attract and retain top talent.

Worst support Management you'll ever see. It's rotten from top to down No one cares about the engineers. Toxic environment Depressing work and people and the whole environment. Doesn't deserve even 1 star
