Transparent leadership, opportunities to grow, like minded colleagues, Company culture, Smart people, Employee engagement activities, Stress free days, No meeting Friday's, LinkedIn Learning to upscale our skills and my team (wonderful people). I have evolved my self as a person and leader in the last 3 years and would like to thank my manager and AA for every opportunity. Passion, One team One goal, Customer First and Innovation - Go be great!

Cons

I feel every company learn and evolve with experiences. So do employees, so it's up to an individual how to manage the downs. If we are serious and passionate about what we do, small things should not matter unless it's impacting your well-being.
