Pros

Nice office. Beware of the company.

Cons

1. They think that employees are slave. They don't have family life. 2. Totally unprofessional attitude. Employees are busy on leg pulling game. Upper management are busy on politics. 3, One man show game. They don't believe on data. They believe on certain person's update. 4. Within four to five month they will judge a very experience person and sack him as soon as possible. 5. When you think to join, then they call you so many times and after your joining they start playing nasty game that your performance is not up to mark etc.

Hello - since this review was written, we have become a different company, have hired new HR leadership for the India team, and have made strides towards improvement. That said, we know we have more to work on, and appreciate that you're helping us by sharing candid feedback.

Pros

Nice offices, decent perks and competitive pay

Cons

From other reviews, it appears that the broad criticisms of the wider business have leaked into the London branch, with the rise of a cliquey management culture built on unfortunate foundations of nepotism, sycophancy and compliance. What felt like ever-changing strategy and structure have led to uncertainty and a lack of consistent direction. Lots of talk from leadership on the power of their networks, yet very little evidence of it actually being put to use. No real proactive leadership on display, just spreadsheet strategists, huddled around a CRM and reporting upwards. As a result, the culture has sharply turned to one of paranoia and distrust that will only worsen as unrealistic, investment-driven growth fails to materialise.

Thank you for your review of the London operation. It's distressing to hear that there is paranoia and distrust in this very important part of the business and your comments will be reviewed at the most senior management level.
