Cons

- india sales team management is the most toxic management I have ever seen - unattainable quotas (sales team struggle to make incentives) - bullying culture - hire and fire employees within a year before they could get the stocks vested - Attrition at an all time high - gender diversity : non existent in india sales Please do not join the company unless you are jobless and need a temporary fix.
