Pros

Loved most of my co-workers. They were diligent, willing to learn, dedicated. Some co-workers were political snakes.

Cons

Management drive wasn't always aware of workers contributions. Was told our job was to manage up. Managers job was to manage up also.

Working with internal teams can be a bit dragging.
