Pros

You get some hike every year. If it's a small number, atleast you get something.

Cons

1. No work life balance 2. No process at all 3. The management is biased and you have to be in management's good books to get anything. And you only get into good books by buttering. 4. Lot of negativity in employees since there is no motivation and everyone in the company are looking out for jobs. 5. More work less appreciation. 6. They always talk about customer first but never talk about employees. Employee satisfaction is nil. 7. Lot of stress and pressure from every team and upper management. 8. Things are worst in support. Hence only join support team if you don't have any other offer and if you don't have any option. 9. In last few months more than half of the support's team has quit.

Pros

1.RPA 2.Technology 3. Lots of great talents we hire, but we didn't utilised them well.

Cons

1. Poor Leadership, even regional level. They should hire VP or EVP level people with proper background check. If they inflated their numbers or achievements need to do proper reference check before hire. Even now leadership not understanding who really works and bring the numbers. 2. RPA is product, we should work as product company, not sales. 3. One team One Goal - is it? Please talk to the regional leaders they are moving according to their goals. 4.Every resource is important, make sure you have strong valid plans before hire. 5.Concentrate on the products - you may need to clean up the team. A2019 is it really productive? Please review the value before you invest and make sure it is tested and 90% bug free.

Pros

Friendly and competent colleagues and good technology

Cons

Inhuman and random leadership decisions You will get fired randomly without any warning and informing beforehand. Also you will not get told a proper reason nor will you receive a constructive feedback, you will just get kicked. That's it.
