does not seem anything plausible right now. nothing outweighs the thought of you not being appreciated & valued in the organization. Firing sprees at the blink of an eye.

you never know when you will be parted from the company.

You can join this company If want to learn how RPA works.

Cons

Not a process oriented company. you have to too many task randomly starting from documentary, planning, execution, development, sometime manual testing along with QA. Demo, and customer support. Even you do All these things you won't get appreciations not from your manager nor from the management. One most important thing is that company need 28 hrs of your time out of 24hrs.for customer support you have to awake in night time and there is no limit. They can fire at any time/critical situation once they are done with the work.

We are in complete agreement that employees are our best asset and they are not at peak form when working too many hours. Great Easy to use Product. Good CEO and Head of management

Cons

Very Bad Local Management. No ethos. Staff treated very badly. High turnover. Use and throw policy. Low staff Moral.
