The RPA space is HOT and a good place to be.

Cons

Not a great company. Political people coming in and building there mini empires. Trying to take people and groups out to better career. Also don't help organizations and partnership. Very top heavy and communication does not flow to all levels of organization

Are our efforts to loosen up communications and flow information to all levels of the organization making a difference yet? In 2019, we've quadrupled the number of all-hands meetings with open Q&A, we've added an intranet (Team Anywhere), and we've added OKRs which allow everyone in the company to see company and team objectives. We still have a long ways to go, but wondering if any of this is working for you yet and how you'd steer future efforts? No Employee Empowerment

Good pay and smart people.

Cons

Employees do not get to make any decisions. All decisions are made by the founders. There is no employee empowerment. You are just an executor of what your told to do. Not a great place to work as a result with a very high attrition rate.
