Only the benefits package is nice.

Cons

Poor environment. No work life balance. If you do not have management title under your belt, you are treated poorly by business partners.

I'm sorry that you feel so negative about AAI and hope that the current Remote Working program gives you a better work/life balance. We are all adjusting to the problems associated with this pandemic and need to find positive outcomes from the programs in place to protect our employees from exposure.

Lots of raw talent but in need of more technologists & less "yes men"

- Lots of constant changes - Recent uptick in the quality of Executive hires - Technology has a lot of potential yet to be realized

Cons

- Very few tech savvy people in key technology positions - Company culture is underwhelming in many ways - Many managers are simply too eager to say "yes" to everything

Thank you for your comments. Yes, there are lots of changes and this is part of the challenge during periods of extreme growth and then the subsequent retractions of the organization. We are working on making the culture one of openness as you suggest - there are ways to give feedback, directly or indirectly, to members of the senior management team and if you want to reach out to your HR Business Partner they can work with you to get to the best avenue of feedback.

- Good pay, ESOPs, Going IPO

Cons

- NEPOTISM - No Growth (I spent 3+ years and no growth, inspite of clearly delivering, showcasing ambition etc) - Insane work hours - All transition to India (you will be offshored very fast) - No Growth - this cannot be said enough
